I have a question that is open to all of you . Has anybody actually gotten rid of their P for long periods at a time. I mean can it get to the point where it doesn’t look noticeable?

Hi My Lovely Flaymers. Hope you are all doing well? My skin looks good. The couple of spots I got from holiday in Dublin are almost gone but now winter is on its way. The joys of P :) xx

Any alternatives for steroids? I'm tired of using them.. Steroids make p better for a short while then another break out will occur

I first saw my psoriasis when I was in my twenties and it was only on my elbows, over the last twenty years it spread to my eyebrows. Over the last two years it has spread to my ears and hands both index fingers, the right is worse than the left.

Haven't had the blood test for celiac disease? Do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis. I've been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March w/ dramatic healing from ALL of my issues! 😊

Finally starting UV light treatment on Monday after waiting a year, excited! Nervous at the prospect of not seeing the results I hope for but keeping my fingers crossed for clearer skin and a more comfortable way of life 🤞

Sorry its been a while. I'm not sure if my treatment is getting better or not. I was convinced but now I'm starting to doubt.

In my opinion, the cheapest way to get rid of plaques is by using soft white parafin cream. You don’t need a script and can buy it on Amazon. It doesn’t cure or even deal with the underlying P, but to get rid of unsightly plaque it’s great.
Stuff worth talking about.
