It’s been one year since I started on biologics and I remain completely psoriasis free. The hoops I had to jump through to get here though! Worth it in the end. To all of you who are suffering with Psoriasis, consider biologics, it’s changed my life.

I first saw my psoriasis when I was in my twenties and it was only on my elbows, over the last twenty years it spread to my eyebrows. Over the last two years it has spread to my ears and hands both index fingers, the right is worse than the left.

It would be interesting to see if there is any correlation between vitamin D3 levels and psoriasis. When I had it, my D3 levels were about 30 ng/ml. Now I don't have it and my D3 levels are 98. Anyone with really good D3 still afflicted?

Psoriasis is an indicator that something is wrong internally, so let’s start fixing everything from there and move externally slowly.

Haven't been on here in quite awhile. The last remnants of it, rough knees and a couple of ugly toenails have all cleared. Hopefully it's a permanent state.
