Hi all. It’s currently 02:09 in the morning (UK) time and i have serve psoriasis although it doesn’t feel like that and I it’s my legs that feel so itchy, painful and burning most of the time. It’s aggravating me because I can’t sleep.

Haven’t been here for a while hello everyone! So I’ve been trying slippery elm bark twice daily in powder form for a month now and my ps is literally 70% gone!!! I can’t believe I didn’t try this before it’s been working like a miracle!!

I’ve been diagnosed with scalp p two to three years ago, I was always plagued with dry skin pieces in my hair, I’ve recently found that nit combes work wonders in removing dry flakes of skin out of hair.

Had scarring before ,and it cleared,major scarring on arms ATM but think it will go,who cares it's better than having p red flakes and inflammation and itching and scarring does go
