Eat to treat.

I am staying on Keto Diet and Colagen as both seem to help. As I have mentioned there are NO QUICK Fixes. I had the most severe P on my Feet and Hands at one point that I couldn't even walk without pain or depression

I'm doing a biological treatment (3 injections) and I really smoke a lot. Also I drink coffee.
Do you think will I get better if I stop doing this two habits?
And what about healthy diet?

Anyone else have to stop taking a biologic because it was weakening their already weak immune system to much?

Hello,It's my first time here!I recently started drinking celery juice when I wake up, I usually wait around 30 minutes to eat after I drink it. I got this from medical medium and I was wondering if anyone else has used it and if it worked for them.

At the risk of sounding like an alcoholic... for those whose psoriasis is affected by alcohol, has anyone found a type of alcohol that is less inflammatory?

Some doctors here are still not convinced it's psoarsis but didn't know what else it might be. I had a food intolerance test done privately (IgN) and the results were interesting, I'm apparently intolerant to cow's milk, wheat, egg whites plus others

I did a 3 month course UV at the start of the year gaining almost 100% clear but its gradually came back, not nearly as bad as before though. Around that time the course finished, I became vegan. Im wondering if that made the return less traumatic.

My flair up always come on the same spot on my body and goes away when I stop eating certain foods. I’m beginning to think I may have a liver problem. Could psoriasis, where the liver is not able to deal with toxins in the body?

Hey guys! I have had pretty bad consistent Psoriasis since the age of 5 and the only thing that has ever helped has been changing my diet like cutting out nightshades etc. Does anyone have some advice on what diet helped them or product maybe?

Haven't had the blood test for celiac disease? Do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis. I've been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March w/ dramatic healing from ALL of my issues! 😊

Had a break out of guttate because of my exams and heavy stress was, I guess, the trigger ? Now I’m free ! Any suggestions to clear it up ASAP ? I’m open 🤗

It would be interesting to see if there is any correlation between vitamin D3 levels and psoriasis. When I had it, my D3 levels were about 30 ng/ml. Now I don't have it and my D3 levels are 98. Anyone with really good D3 still afflicted?
Stuff worth talking about.
