Hello Daniel, Being black is nothing to do with it and psoriasis can be improved believe me, no magic or crap like that just determination can reduce your psoriasis and give you more confidence, true,If you want my help i can help, Hve you ever thought of Diet/lifestyle changes? This can and proven to reduce psoriasis a lot of people, Reduce inflammation as psorisis is from within and not the skin,Slow elimimation is key to success, If i could do anyone can as it does take hard work, Where do you want to be this time next year? I have helped many reduce their psoriasis so i know what i am talking about , I am a lifer with psoriasis since birth and i have psoriatic arthritis too but my symptoms are way better than 2 and half years ago,My arthritis near none existant , I wish you well

This might sound terrible but self pity will bring you nowhere. If you want to improve your self esteem try to accept your condition and be nice to yourself. Focus on what you can change then give it your best shot. I had a very low self esteem many moons ago, I was miserable, felt sorry for myself AND I was OVERWEIGHT. so I decided to change that. I lost weight to try to at least look good in clothes as I did not want to be overweight with Psoriasis. Well, my P went into remission for 10 years. Only you can make a difference in how you want people to see you. Be positive, stay strong and don't loose focus. EVER. :)
