Itch, coping, treatment

Wish that so many people didn't have to suffer with P or many of the other chronic miseries that are out there.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes when I’m in doubt I think “there are people worse off than me” it doesn’t change the fact that P is a nightmare though.

Yes true but , one can make their symptoms better, i know i have helped many reduce their psoriasis symptoms by half and psoriatic arthritis too, yes i have experience with this , i have both diseases, I was fed up with symptoms 2 and half years ago, I made changes but one needs to feel they want to and where would one want to be next year ?I wish you well :)

I agree with John. I have Psoriasis and Psa. I am in charge of my body. I am in charge of what I eat. I am in charge to make the symptoms easier on myself. Unfortunately, we cannot just go ahead and eat junk food every day. Imagine in how much pain we will be? Oh my poor thumbs. I can feel it already. No thank you. See, we have to make changes to be able to control our P. I know exactly that if I even think of having spaghetti bolognese, first thing that comes to mind is the arthritis pain I'll be having the next morning so I just settle for some turmeric chicken stew. It's sad to see people suffer, and I wish that upon no one and it would be great if the world could've been without it. :)

I am 74 and was gifted with this crazy skin problem at age 14. It has been a long and challenging road but at least some things are happening now with treatment options. I have been through most of them and found some helpful and some intolerable.
