Itch, coping, treatment
I’ve been diagnosed with scalp p two to three years ago, I was always plagued with dry skin pieces in my hair, I’ve recently found that nit combes work wonders in removing dry flakes of skin out of hair.

Hello nikdm, That takes me back to when i was very little with the nit comb, Yes it was steel comb, My stepmother used to put that in my hair to get the lumps out,That was about 40 or more years ago i think or around that time, Glad thats helping you with the scalp flakes :)

Hey I wanted to ask, every time I move my hair, little white particles fall down, is this p or dandruff?

I used to have what looked like dandruff and lumps aswell, the lumps can let flakes out, I dont get it as bad as it was a child but i can still get lumps but not too often and the dandruff looking flakey bits, My head is clear at the moment, but can still feel a bit coming out if i shake my hands on my head but its very minimal, looks almost like an normal persons scalp really as most people have dry scalp without psoriasis, maybe from washing our hair, we dry our scalps out and take out the natural oils, so could be just dry scalp or P ? I couldnt tell you Thanks
