According to a psoriasis website fatty meats white sugar dairy and certain ttpes of vegetables. I found out over 3 years ago when I quit smoking its gotten much better. Again Natalie we are all different and what works for me may not work for you. Trial and error at times.

Its true dave, we all know sugar and junk food is not good for anyone, some people are affected badly with nuts some are not, some are with tomatoes some are not, i forgot to put that one down as that can be a major trigger for a lot of people, citrus fruits can set it off aswell, its trial and error, additives /stabilisers in packet foods can be very bad on a lot of people aswell as gluten and wheat and dairy, remember calves drink cows milk, not meant for humans,we are led to believe in the media all these things are good for us, macdonalds try to convince us that burgers are healthy because it has 100% beef, what a scam, its crap :)

Where are you starting from with your diet change Natalie? I think if you are starting from a not so healthy diet, changing the actual things you eat may be best. If you are just starting out, you could begin by focusing on minimising "no" foods (sugar, grains, dairy, nightshades or whatever foods affect you), and maximising the right balance of "yes" foods (vegetables, some fruit, meats, fish or whatever foods help you). Then you can work up to elimination of foods. If your diet is healthy already, it may be more a question of balancing the food types (veg, protein, starch/carbs, acid/alkaline...) in a way that works for you.

I find that acv on scalp works if i leave on all night, also after shampoo am I rub a bit in front scalp where I have P, and it actually makes my hair shiny and combats the darn flakes. I use a bit on a cotton stick-swab and rub into eyebrows. I just do it all the time, and If I stop, the flakes come back. LOL I have so many steps in the morn and nite that it is crazeee :} i could never go camping HAHA
