Hello Alan, it can take months to see real results, its not a quick fix,you may have to wait around 3 to 5 months to see some difference, 2 to 3 litres of filtered or bottled water a day really helps with hydration, i wish you well :)

Hey Alan! That is ace! Well done on your two weeks. It might take a while for results to come through your skin as John says. I think I'm turning some kind of additional corner right now after 100 days (well, 101!). I've got my oldest most stubborn bits still left on knees and elbows and they are fading this past 3 days especially! I thought they would never go, but they are starting I think. Keep posting and let us know how you get on? How are you finding Whole30 actually? Good bits, bad bits?

Good for you Alan! Have you noticed and reductions in pain or inflammation? When I first started it, I was at my absolute worst and I did find pain relief came quickly for me. Keep on keepin on!! You are doing awesome! 😃

whats 30 elimination diet.?

Natalie, if you google *The whole 30* you will find a lot of information about it. Its a 30 day elimination diet to help pinpoint what your specific triggers might be. I used this approach to find mine. Was the best thing I have ever done from my skin.

Just keep at it Alan. Good for you. You many not notice just your psoriasis issues. It should help with so many things. Brain fog, energy, gut health. The skin issue does take longer and honestly the diet is just a start. Be kind to yourself. I encourage you to keep a journal of how you feel each day vs how your skin is looking. My skin took a very long time to get better. I did tons to get better other than diet too. The diet was the instant getting off major medications that I was more grateful at the time with the diet. Thanks for keeping us posted.
