Gave up milk ,alcohol,started soya milk,sat in sun for little while,P getting better😳

Good that you’re making changes Atul. For me it’s all about the sun. I desperately need it. I’m not sure the substitution of soy milk is a good one, lots of controversy about soy. Have you tried making almond milk? So easy to make.

I can't touch milk, and had to stop soy too upsets my tummy big time. I get calcium from avocado,almonds,eggs broccoli ect.

I go to beach most days for a dip
My favorite place, so therapeutic love the salt and minerals on my skin.
we have a beautiful coastline. I ride along in my own world on the bike paths, and no hills which is great.
Walking in the water is easier on my knees. Keeping up the exercise is so important
