I wonder if there are tablets or injections for P?
The ointment helps with flare ups, burning and itching but my mood is out of control. I just feel angry, insecure and tired.

Can anybody tell me a better and more safer way to shave? I use shaving cream with a razor and it hurts my skin and makes it bleed I just feel like it’s making my psoriasis more difficult to live with what would you guys use or would recommend?

When the spots disappeared, there are many birthmarks in the places p was.
Does anyone have this too?
Is there a link with p?
I also have pigmentation spots, does this have to do with p?
Or Am I misdiagnosed? Could it be lupus erythematosus?

Thanks for adding me, I have been recovering from an operation on my right breast that got infected badly and this possible psoriasis appeared underneath as it healed over. Going back to docs.

Good news! I’m starting work next Monday as a Junior Supervisor! I’m excited yet concerned. Last year my P just got more worse. I used to not bother covering my hand but now I’m just insecure all the time.

What has worked for you and what hasn't? Tired of the itch. I wake up itchy and go to sleep itchy. The only thing that helps is an Epson salt bath. Anyone done the injections?

Discovered this through reading an article. Thought it might be a good way to communicate with people who get it. I've been good for a while where the psoriasis has stayed controllable and then out of nowhere I'm covered in those red spots again :(

I should be happy but feeling stressed already ..my hubby said his father is treating us to a week away in the new year somewhere warm ..bikini body is one thing to worry about but no one needs to see me on the beach with my skin ..I need a bodysuit!

Watching my kids at swim lessons & remembering when I was young & psoriasis free. I have not swam in a public pool in over 20 years. Though I did go to the water park this summer only to have people whisper and point at my legs. Sigh

I had my eyebrows tattooed on last week. Everything went well, no issues with P, thankfully. However, my face has become so dry it’s now starting to crack and is red, flaky & sore. I’ve tried oilatum and E45. Can anyone suggest anything else?

Would you choose quality of life over quantity of life with psoriorias? This is why I'm trying so hard to try everything natural but fighting a losing battle and not to mention the cost.
