Arg my son had an ATV accident tonight. Broken hand which is very unfortunate as he is an athlete but worse is he has cuts all over his back. Besides keeping calm does anyone have advice to stop the areas from flaring up with P?

I have been asked a question I can't answer, can You?? Has anyone tried linseed/flax seed oil on their p & seen any improvements. or mixed it with another oil, he was suggested mix it with avocado oil. I couldn't answer his question.

Has anyone else on here had PUVA, including taking the pills and putting dark glasses on for 24 hours? I'm really suffering after having the treatment in my twenties ( I'm now touching 60). I'd be interested to hear your views.

Super stressful day yesterday..the type where you have no control. We got caught driving in a major storm. Hail bigger than golf balls. Today mini flare, no redness just new flakes. What do you do to calm yourself when this type of stress happens?

Coal tar doesn't stain baths But has stained my hair,true,client said today what a Lovely shade of red.R an to mirror and it was true,Has anyone had a colour change from coal tar shampoo?Is a nice shade of red am usually brown.

I now have an entire collection of Epsom Salts..that have proven useful in baths,face washing etc..what are you using?? Oh and Olive Oil Yes!!

I had a 71 yr old friend tell me recently, he got P on his elbows occasionally. When he was in the army, an old army dr told him to quit eating anything pickled. Said as soon as he did, it all goes away completely? Anybody had any experience on that?

The humidity and heat is high right now. I've had my heart rate monitor go off constantly ( my heart rate goes up). And I ripped major skin off myself while driving to see a client. Now I look like a war zone. Ugh! Humidity bother anyone else?

Hi, kinda new here but what do you all use to control your scalp psoriasis? I'm currently using Avalon shampoo( forgot the correct name) but any way I just hate having to wash my hair so often, styling it is a beast after every wash 😭
